Under the weight of their failing marriage and his crumbling career as a golfer, dad Andreas has turned himself into a cat temporarily. Ever since this event, he is not only suffering under a golfer’s block, but also from the animal surveillance office Or-Well and the sadistic officer Katzen-Gunther. Because in this world, turning into an animal is not only illegal, but also an absolute social taboo as well as a strong sign of weakness. When mother Paula decides to turn into a chicken as well, and the Or-Well surveillance is standing in front of their door, the family is close to falling apart completely. Will the Yokai’s be able to fight this inhumanity and escape this deceptive utopia, for the sake of their family?
